An easy, flavorful salsa verde pulled pork recipe perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients

- 1 pork shoulder (pork butt)
 - 1 jar of salsa verde
 - Optional: garlic
 - Optional: onion
 - Optional: jalapeno for spice
 
Instructions
- Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
 - Pour the salsa verde over the pork.
 - Add garlic, onion, and jalapeno if using.
 - Give everything a little stir.
 - Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
 - Shred the pork with two forks and mix back in some salsa for extra juiciness.
 
Notes
Enjoy with warm tortillas, cabbage slaw, black beans, and avocado. This dish also freezes well.
