Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another large mixing bowl, beat the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, blending thoroughly between additions. Stir in the red food coloring and vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chunks.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are still soft.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
