Description

A comforting casserole combining tender chicken, creamy sauce, and Red Lobster’s Cheddar Bay Biscuits.


Ingredients

4 cups cooked, shredded chicken

1 stick unsalted butter

1 (12 oz) bag frozen mixed vegetables

1 box Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix

2 cups milk

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup

2 cups chicken broth

Garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and melt butter in a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Layer shredded chicken evenly over the melted butter.

3. Add frozen vegetables on top of the chicken.

4. In a bowl, mix biscuit mix with milk and seasoning packet; pour over chicken and vegetables without stirring.

5. In another bowl, combine cream of chicken soup with chicken broth; gently pour over the biscuit layer without stirring.

6. Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbling.

7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Leftover turkey can be used instead of chicken.

Customize with additional vegetables or spices to taste.
