- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 2–3 crushed candy canes
- Whipped cream for topping

Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and peppermint extract; mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Stir in the crushed candy canes.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least two hours or until set.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and sprinkle additional crushed candy canes on top.
Notes
A longer chilling time ensures a firmer filling; use fresh cream for the best results.
