Description

A lazy yet delicious crockpot meal featuring beef, ranch dressing mix, au jus, butter, and pepperoncini peppers for a tangy kick.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 lbs chuck roast
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 45 pepperoncini peppers
  • ½ stick of butter

Instructions

  1. Place the chuck roast in the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix over the roast.
  3. Pour the au jus gravy mix on top.
  4. Add the pepperoncini peppers (and splash in some juice if desired).
  5. Top with half a stick of butter.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.

Notes

Serve with mashed potatoes, rolls, or over rice. Leftovers taste even better and can be reheated in a skillet or microwave.
