A lazy yet delicious crockpot meal featuring beef, ranch dressing mix, au jus, butter, and pepperoncini peppers for a tangy kick.
Ingredients

- 3–4 lbs chuck roast
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 4–5 pepperoncini peppers
- ½ stick of butter
Instructions
- Place the chuck roast in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix over the roast.
- Pour the au jus gravy mix on top.
- Add the pepperoncini peppers (and splash in some juice if desired).
- Top with half a stick of butter.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
Notes
Serve with mashed potatoes, rolls, or over rice. Leftovers taste even better and can be reheated in a skillet or microwave.
