Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed candy canes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually blend the dry mixture into the butter mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips and crushed candy canes.
  7. Drop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving space for spreading.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
  9. Allow to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
