- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup crushed salted pretzels
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the peanut butter mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips and crushed pretzels.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
