Description

Delightful Peanut Butter Pretzel Cookies blending creamy peanut butter, crunchy pretzels, and rich dark chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed salted pretzels

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the peanut butter mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in dark chocolate chips and crushed pretzels.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
