Description

A comforting dessert made with layers of graham crackers, vanilla pudding, and chocolate frosting, perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 14.4 oz box of graham crackers
  • 2 (3.4 oz) packages of instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 1 (8 oz) tub of whipped topping
  • 1 (16 oz) can of chocolate frosting

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the instant pudding and milk. Mix well and let sit for 3-5 minutes until it thickens.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping.
  3. Lightly spray a 9 x 13-inch glass pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Layer whole graham crackers on the bottom of the pan, breaking them as needed.
  5. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  6. Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding.
  7. Spoon the remaining pudding mixture over the second layer of crackers.
  8. Add a final layer of graham crackers on top.
  9. Microwave the chocolate frosting for 10-12 seconds to soften it, then spread it evenly over the top layer.
  10. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
  11. Once set, slice into 12 pieces and serve cold.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator. The cake tastes even better the next day.
