A comforting dessert made with layers of graham crackers, vanilla pudding, and chocolate frosting, perfect for family gatherings.

- 14.4 oz box of graham crackers
- 2 (3.4 oz) packages of instant vanilla pudding
- 3 cups of milk
- 1 (8 oz) tub of whipped topping
- 1 (16 oz) can of chocolate frosting
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the instant pudding and milk. Mix well and let sit for 3-5 minutes until it thickens.
- Fold in the whipped topping.
- Lightly spray a 9 x 13-inch glass pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Layer whole graham crackers on the bottom of the pan, breaking them as needed.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding.
- Spoon the remaining pudding mixture over the second layer of crackers.
- Add a final layer of graham crackers on top.
- Microwave the chocolate frosting for 10-12 seconds to soften it, then spread it evenly over the top layer.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
- Once set, slice into 12 pieces and serve cold.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator. The cake tastes even better the next day.
