A comforting and simple Low-Carb Paleo Chili that brings family together around the dinner table with rich flavors and textures.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb sausage
- 1/2 lb bacon
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: avocado, cilantro, green onions
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add the ground beef and sausage, cooking until browned.
- Toss in the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
- Let it cook for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot, topped with avocado, cilantro, and green onions if desired.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat on the stove for the best flavor.
