Description

Transform leftover mashed potatoes into crispy, cheesy puffs that delight the whole family while saving you time and effort.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups leftover mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying or cooking spray for baking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for baking, or heat oil in a pan over medium heat for frying.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the leftover mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, flour, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
