- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs

- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream the softened butter and both sugars together for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the oats, chocolate chips, and pecans.
- Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden edges and slightly underdone centers.
- Cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
