Description

A moist and comforting chocolate bundt cake enriched with Kahlua, perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup Kahlua
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons Kahlua (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, Kahlua, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and tap gently to level.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  5. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving platter.
  6. For the glaze, whisk together the powdered sugar and Kahlua until smooth, then drizzle over the cooled cake.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
