Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar (Dissolved in mixture for sweetness)
  • 3 large Eggs (At room temperature)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream (for serving)
  • 1 cup Fresh Berries (for serving)
  • 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce (for drizzling on top)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang.
  3. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Slowly pour in heavy cream, mixing until smooth.
  6. Sift and fold in flour and salt gently.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.

  9. Cool in the pan for an hour, then refrigerate for at least four hours.
