- 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar (Dissolved in mixture for sweetness)
- 3 large Eggs (At room temperature)
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Whipped Cream (for serving)
- 1 cup Fresh Berries (for serving)
- 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce (for drizzling on top)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang.
- In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Slowly pour in heavy cream, mixing until smooth.
- Sift and fold in flour and salt gently.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the top is deep brown but center jiggles.
- Cool in the pan for an hour, then refrigerate for at least four hours.
- Serve topped with whipped cream, fresh berries, and caramel sauce.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, substitute all-purpose flour with a gluten-free flour blend. Consider adding vanilla extract for enhanced flavor.
