Instructions
- Set your oven to 180°F (82°C).
- Pour the cream into a casserole dish, filling it about 1-3 inches up the sides.
- Set the dish uncovered in the oven and leave it undisturbed for 12 hours.
- After 12 hours, remove the dish from the oven and let it cool, then cover it and refrigerate.
- Once cooled overnight, scoop the thickened cream into jars and store in the refrigerator.
- Enjoy spreading it on scones or with fresh fruit.
Notes
Patience is key; the cream will thicken overnight. Can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
