Description

This Spinach Artichoke Dip made in a crockpot is the ultimate holiday snack, creamy and crowd-pleasing without the stress.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 can jarred or canned artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine the thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan, mozzarella, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or on high for about 1 hour until heated through and creamy.
  4. Stir before serving. If the dip gets too thick, add a splash of milk to reach desired consistency.

Notes

For best results, spray the crockpot with cooking spray before adding ingredients to simplify cleanup. This dip can be made ahead of time and reheats beautifully.
