Description
A creamy, minty hot chocolate made in a crock pot that’s perfect for the winter season.
Ingredients

- 4 cups whole milk
 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
 - 1 cup chocolate chips (mix of milk and dark)
 - 1 cup crushed candy canes
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - Pinch of salt
 
Instructions
- Set your slow cooker on low, and add the whole milk, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, crushed candy canes, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
 - Stir everything together and put the lid on. Let it cook for 2 hours.
 - Give it a good stir every 30 minutes if you can.
 - Once everything is melted and smooth, it’s ready to ladle into mugs.
 
Notes
For richer flavor, don’t skip the heavy cream. Adjust mintiness by adding more crushed candy canes before serving.
