Description

A comforting and easy-to-make pizza crust using ground chicken, perfect for family meals.


Ingredients

  • 450 g ground chicken
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 20 pepperoni slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a tray with parchment paper.
  2. Mix ground chicken, eggs, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until cohesive.
  3. Spread the mixture into a round pizza shape on the tray, about half an inch thick.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes until firm and lightly golden.
  5. Spread pizza sauce on the crust, leaving a small border.
  6. Add shredded mozzarella and top with pepperoni slices.
  7. Return to oven and bake for another 5–7 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  8. Let it cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, use freshly grated parmesan and feel free to customize with different toppings.
