- 1 package Red Velvet Oreos (22 cookies)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 7 oz green candy melts
- Red heart sprinkles
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a food processor, pulse the Oreo cookies until fine crumbs form.
- Add cream cheese and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Scoop out 1 tablespoon of dough and roll into balls, placing them on the baking sheet.
- Chill in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Melt candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring in between.
- Use a chocolate dipping fork to dip each ball in melted candy melts, then place back on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle any leftover candy melts over the truffles and sprinkle red heart sprinkles on top.
- Allow the truffles to set in the fridge for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
