- 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 cup non-dairy yogurt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup warm water
Instructions
- Mix the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Add the non-dairy yogurt and olive oil; stir until a shaggy dough forms.
- Gradually incorporate warm water until a smooth dough forms.
- Knead gently on a floured surface for about 1 minute.
- Cover the dough with a towel and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into four portions and shape them into oval pieces.
- In a heated skillet, cook each naan for about 2 minutes on each side until puffed and golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
The naan can be brushed with olive oil or vegan butter before serving for added flavor. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
