- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- Peppermint Hershey Kisses, unwrapped (one for each cookie)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Scoop the cookie dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 8 minutes, then press a Peppermint Hershey Kiss into each cookie.
- Bake for an additional 2-3 minutes until edges are set.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet before transferring to wire racks.
