Ingredients
- Chicken breast or thighs
 - Beef roast
 - Pork shoulder

 - Taco seasoning
 - Beef broth
 - Worcestershire sauce
 - BBQ sauce
 - Garlic
 
Instructions
- Prep ingredients by cutting and measuring according to the recipe (e.g., chunk beef roast, chop vegetables).
 - Combine protein, vegetables, and seasoning in a gallon-size freezer bag.
 - Label the bag with the recipe name and cooking time.
 - Seal the bag, squeezing out as much air as possible, and lay flat to freeze.
 - When ready to cook, transfer the frozen bag to the crockpot.
 - Add broth or other liquids as necessary and set the crockpot for 8 hours on low.
 - Once cooked, serve and enjoy your meal!
 
Notes
Avoid freezing raw potatoes whole; cut them to preserve texture. Freeze sauces separately if desired.
