Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar (light or dark)

  • 24 tbsp milk (more or less as needed)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt (omit if using salted butter)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Microwave the flour in 20-second intervals until it reaches 165℉ degrees (about 40 to 60 seconds) or spread it on a baking sheet and bake in a 350℉ degree oven for 3 to 5 minutes. Let it cool.
  2. Cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the cooled flour, vanilla, and a pinch of salt; stir until combined.
  4. Pour in milk, one tablespoon at a time, until reaching desired consistency.
  5. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Serve right away or store in the refrigerator for later.
