- 1 cup all-purpose flour (120 grams)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar (light or dark)

- 2–4 tbsp milk (more or less as needed)

- Pinch of salt (omit if using salted butter)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Microwave the flour in 20-second intervals until it reaches 165℉ degrees (about 40 to 60 seconds) or spread it on a baking sheet and bake in a 350℉ degree oven for 3 to 5 minutes. Let it cool.
- Cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
- Add the cooled flour, vanilla, and a pinch of salt; stir until combined.
- Pour in milk, one tablespoon at a time, until reaching desired consistency.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Serve right away or store in the refrigerator for later.
Notes
Using real butter makes a significant difference in flavor. This dough is safe to eat when prepared correctly.
