Description

A warm, creamy dip made with spinach, artichokes, and cheeses, perfect for gatherings and nostalgic moments.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 can (14 oz) canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry spinach; chop artichoke hearts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In the crockpot, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, chopped artichokes, and spinach.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours without lifting the lid.
  4. Stir after cooking; add milk or extra sour cream if too thick.
  5. Serve hot with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.

Notes

Use full-fat cream cheese and sour cream for best results. Fresh spinach provides better texture. Stir in a splash of milk if the mixture feels too stiff.
