Description
A warm, creamy dip made with spinach, artichokes, and cheeses, perfect for gatherings and nostalgic moments.
Ingredients
Scale
- 3 cups fresh spinach
- 1 can (14 oz) canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Wash and dry spinach; chop artichoke hearts into bite-sized pieces.
- In the crockpot, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, chopped artichokes, and spinach.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours without lifting the lid.
- Stir after cooking; add milk or extra sour cream if too thick.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
Notes
Use full-fat cream cheese and sour cream for best results. Fresh spinach provides better texture. Stir in a splash of milk if the mixture feels too stiff.
