Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup of sour cream

  • 1/2 cup of bacon bits
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the diced potatoes, onions, bell peppers, sour cream, cheese, and bacon bits in a large bowl.
