Instructions
- Place the chuck roast in the Instant Pot.
- Add Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, beef broth, pepperoncini (with juice), and roasted red peppers.
- Seal the lid, set to high pressure, and cook for about 90 minutes, including natural pressure release.
- Once finished, shred the beef with forks and serve on crusty bread or use for other dishes.
Notes
For best results, use a well-marbled chuck roast and ensure to let the pressure release naturally for tender meat.
