Description
A hearty, easy breakfast casserole that you can just dump and go. It’s perfect for feeding a crowd and suits a variety of tastes.

- 1 pound breakfast sausage
 - 4 cups frozen hash browns
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 8 large eggs
 - 1 cup milk
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Optional vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, tomatoes)
 
Instructions
- Spray the slow cooker with cooking spray.
 - Layer hash browns on the bottom of the slow cooker.
 - Add crumbled breakfast sausage on top of the potatoes.
 - Layer shredded cheese over the sausage.
 - In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the entire casserole.
 - Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
 - Let it cool slightly before serving.
