- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped

Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into cubes.
- In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, turkey bacon, onion, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Transfer the mixture to the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese and green onions just before serving.
