- 1 beef chuck roast
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1/2 cup butter
- 5–8 pepperoncini peppers
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the roast.
- Add the butter on top of the roast.
- Place the pepperoncini peppers around the roast.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender and falls apart easily.
- Serve with your choice of sides.
Notes
Use well-marbled chuck roast for moist meat. Real butter adds richness, and fresh pepperoncini are recommended for the best flavor.
