Description

These cranberry BBQ chicken sliders are the ultimate party dish made easy in the crockpot. Juicy chicken combined with sweet cranberry sauce and BBQ flavors, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup canned whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fresh or dried rosemary
  • Slider buns
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Layer chicken in the crockpot.
  2. Pour the BBQ sauce over the chicken.
  3. Add the cranberry sauce and sprinkle with rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
