- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into small pieces
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts, onion, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and stir in the frozen peas and carrots.
- Add the biscuit dough pieces on top of the chicken mixture. Cover and cook on high for an additional 1-2 hours, until the dough is fully cooked.
- Stir gently, serve warm, and enjoy!
