Description

A cozy and festive gingerbread latte made effortlessly in a crock pot, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups milk (whole, oat, or almond)
  • 1/2 cup strong coffee or espresso
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 23 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Sprinkles, ground cinnamon, or cookie crumbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pour milk, coffee, molasses, and brown sugar into the crock pot and whisk.
  2. Add ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves; whisk again.
  3. Cover and set the crock pot to low heat for about 120 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Once steaming, ladle into mugs and top with whipped cream and optional garnishes.

Notes
