A cozy and festive gingerbread latte made effortlessly in a crock pot, perfect for holiday gatherings.
Ingredients

- 4 cups milk (whole, oat, or almond)
- 1/2 cup strong coffee or espresso
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2–3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- Whipped cream (for topping)
- Sprinkles, ground cinnamon, or cookie crumbs for garnish
Instructions
- Pour milk, coffee, molasses, and brown sugar into the crock pot and whisk.
- Add ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves; whisk again.
- Cover and set the crock pot to low heat for about 120 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once steaming, ladle into mugs and top with whipped cream and optional garnishes.
Notes
You can make this ahead of time and store in the fridge for a day or two. Leftovers heat well in the microwave. Adjust spices to your taste.
