A delicious and easy cheeseburger soup made in a slow cooker. Comfort food at its finest!
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 medium potatoes, chopped
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sliced pickles for topping
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then transfer it to the slow cooker.
- Add chopped potatoes, onions, carrots, and celery to the slow cooker.
- Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stir well, and cover.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the milk and shredded cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper, and top with sliced pickles if desired.
Notes
For added flavor, consider stirring in a splash of hot sauce at the end. Feel free to customize with your favorite burger toppings!
