Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 to 45 seconds.
  3. Stir constantly.
  4. Add the cooked chicken and mixed vegetables, stirring until they start to cook.
