- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 to 45 seconds.
- Stir constantly.
- Add the cooked chicken and mixed vegetables, stirring until they start to cook.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions until tender, about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat and stir in the cream and soy sauce until the broth is glossy.
