Description

A comforting and easy creamy garlic chicken made in a slow cooker, perfect for busy days and picky eaters.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts or thighs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 6 cloves minced garlic
  • 4 oz cream cheese (optional)
  • Grated parmesan for topping

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a pan over medium-high heat, sear the chicken on both sides until browned.
  3. Place chicken in the crock pot.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, chicken broth, minced garlic, and cream cheese, then pour over the chicken.
  5. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours.
  6. Stir the sauce and top with grated parmesan before serving.

Notes
