Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
