Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a crockpot, combine the chicken, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, heavy cream, carrots, celery, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir gently to blend the flavors.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add the egg noodles and stir.
- Once the noodles are cooked to your liking, shred the chicken directly in the soup.
- Serve hot and garnish each bowl with fresh parsley.
Notes
Store leftovers in airtight containers for up to three days. Reheat gently over low heat, adding broth or cream if necessary.
