- 1 large egg

- 10 Oreo or chocolate sandwich cookies (coarsely chopped)
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter and granulated sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed until well combined.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth and lump-free.
- Reduce to low speed and slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a soft dough forms.
- Gently fold in chopped Oreos and white chocolate chips until evenly mixed.
- Use a small cookie scoop to place cookie dough onto the baking sheet, lightly pressing down on each cookie.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges are set. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
Notes
Storing cookies in an airtight container with wax paper layers will keep them fresh. Reheat in the oven at 300°F for 5-7 minutes if needed.
