Ingredients

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage or bacon
  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk or cream
  • 24 oz frozen hash browns
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
