- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce (sugar-free if keto)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
- Fresh basil or arugula (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan, 1/2 cup mozzarella, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until fully blended.
- Transfer the chicken mixture onto the lined baking sheet and press it into a thin, even 10-12 inch round circle.
- Bake for 20 minutes, until the crust is fully cooked and edges begin to brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven, add marinara sauce, cheese, and desired toppings.
- Bake for another 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let the pizza rest for 5 minutes before slicing and topping with fresh basil or arugula before serving.
Notes
Use real butter for added flavor when brushing the edges. This recipe can be made ahead of time for convenience.
