Easy and festive chicken cranberry sliders perfect for holiday gatherings, combining savory chicken with sweet cranberry sauce on soft rolls.

- 4 cups shredded cooked chicken (or turkey)
 - 1 cup cranberry sauce
 - 1/2 cup honey mustard
 - 12 soft Hawaiian rolls
 - 8 slices Swiss cheese
 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cranberry sauce, and honey mustard.
 - Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottoms in a baking dish.
 - Layer the chicken mixture on the bottom half of the rolls.
 - Top with Swiss cheese slices.
 - Place the tops of the rolls on and brush with melted butter.
 - Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
 - Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
 - Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
 
Notes
Toast the bottoms of the rolls for added sturdiness. You can substitute turkey for chicken and use various cheeses as per preference.
