Description

Easy and festive chicken cranberry sliders perfect for holiday gatherings, combining savory chicken with sweet cranberry sauce on soft rolls.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups shredded cooked chicken (or turkey)
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey mustard
  • 12 soft Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cranberry sauce, and honey mustard.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottoms in a baking dish.
  4. Layer the chicken mixture on the bottom half of the rolls.
  5. Top with Swiss cheese slices.
  6. Place the tops of the rolls on and brush with melted butter.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Toast the bottoms of the rolls for added sturdiness. You can substitute turkey for chicken and use various cheeses as per preference.
