- 3/4 cup sugar (for rolling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In a larger bowl, cream together the softened butter and 1 1/2 cups of sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract until combined.
- Gradually blend in the dry ingredients.
- Roll rounded teaspoonfuls of cookie dough into balls, and roll each ball in the sugar set aside.
- Place the cookies on ungreased pans and slightly flatten them with the bottom of a glass.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden. Let them cool on wire racks.
Notes
