- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 cups pasta shells
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
- In a crockpot, combine the browned beef, ranch seasoning, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and pasta shells. Stir to combine.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until pasta is tender.
- Stir in shredded cheese and let it melt for about 10 minutes before serving.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
This recipe is forgiving; feel free to substitute ingredients as needed. If the mixture seems thick, you can add a splash of beef broth.
