Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 4 low carb tortillas or wraps
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: lettuce, tomatoes, or other preferred toppings

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken, minced garlic, and cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until well mixed.
  2. Stir until the cream cheese blends into the chicken and the mixture feels smooth.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Place a tortilla in the skillet, add a portion of the chicken mixture on one side of the tortilla, and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  6. Fold the tortilla over to create a wrap and cook until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm with your choice of toppings.
