- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- A pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Spray the slow cooker with cooking spray for easier cleanup.
- Dump cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, sour cream, garlic powder, and black pepper into the slow cooker, excluding green onions and some bacon for garnish.
- Stir the mixture together quickly.
- Cover and cook on low for about 2 hours, stirring every 30-45 minutes.
- Once melted and bubbly, top with reserved bacon and green onions.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

For extra flavor, add ingredients like chopped jalapeños or roasted corn. Don’t skimp on bacon for the best result!
