Description
A hearty and easy carnivore-friendly keto breakfast casserole that you can prepare ahead of time and enjoy throughout the week.
Ingredients

- 1 pound sausage (or ground beef, or bacon)
 - 10 large eggs
 - 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar recommended)
 - Salt
 - Pepper
 
Instructions
- Brown your meat in a skillet first for more flavor.
 - Crack all ten eggs into a bowl and whisk until well combined.
 - Layer half of the cooked meat in the bottom of a lined or greased slow cooker.
 - Sprinkle half of the cheese, then pour on half of the eggs.
 - Repeat the layers with the remaining meat, cheese, and eggs.
 - Set your slow cooker to low for 150-180 minutes, or until the casserole is set and slightly jiggly.
 - Allow to cool before slicing to avoid burns.
 
Notes
This dish can be stored in airtight containers in the fridge for up to four days and can also be frozen for later use. Great for meal prep!
