Description

A simple and comforting pizza crust made with canned chicken, perfect for quick family dinners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (12.5 oz) chicken breast, drained and shredded
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Toppings of choice (sauce, cheese, veggies, meat)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken, egg, parmesan, mozzarella (if using), and seasonings until combined.
  3. Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten it into a round crust, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and firm.
  5. Remove, add toppings, and bake for another 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted.
  6. Let cool slightly, slice, and enjoy.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use real butter and consider adding a splash of milk if using dry parmesan. Adjust seasoning as needed for personal preference.
