- 8 ounces Rotini Pasta

- 2 cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
- ½ cup Cheddar Cheese
- ¼ cup Fresh Parsley
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Cajun seasoning. Sear in olive oil for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
- Transfer seared chicken to slow cooker, add chicken broth, heavy cream, butter, garlic, and onion powder, mixing gently.
- Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours, checking tenderness periodically.
- 30 minutes before serving, cook rotini pasta until al dente and drain.
- Once chicken is cooked, shred it and return to slow cooker with cooked pasta. Add mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses, stirring gently until melted.
- Adjust seasoning to taste with salt, pepper, or Cajun seasoning.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
