  • 8 ounces Rotini Pasta

  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder

  • 2 cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Cajun seasoning. Sear in olive oil for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
  2. Transfer seared chicken to slow cooker, add chicken broth, heavy cream, butter, garlic, and onion powder, mixing gently.
  3. Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours, checking tenderness periodically.
  4. 30 minutes before serving, cook rotini pasta until al dente and drain.
  5. Once chicken is cooked, shred it and return to slow cooker with cooked pasta. Add mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses, stirring gently until melted.
  6. Adjust seasoning to taste with salt, pepper, or Cajun seasoning.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
