- 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into strips
- 4 tbsp butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 12 oz penne pasta
- 4 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 3 tbsp butter

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Melt 4 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Season steak strips with Cajun seasoning and smoked paprika, then add to the skillet.
- Cook until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Set the steak aside and let the pan rest.
- Cook penne pasta according to package instructions, adding salt to the water.
- Drain the pasta and keep warm.
- Melt 3 tbsp butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in cream cheese, heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until smooth, stirring often.
- Add shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan to the sauce and stir until melted.
- Combine the drained penne with the creamy sauce, tossing gently to coat.
- Serve the steak strips over the penne and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
Use real butter for the best flavor. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
