Description

A comforting wrap that combines the familiar flavors of a Big Mac with the ease of a tortilla, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Dill pickle slices (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Special Sauce: Combine mayonnaise, chopped dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl. Stir until smooth.
  2. Cook the Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until golden. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Mix in half of the special sauce.
  3. Assemble the Wraps: Spread remaining sauce on a tortilla, add warm beef, shredded lettuce, and cheddar cheese, and top with pickles if desired.
  4. Wrap and Serve: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it snugly. Heat the wrap in a skillet seam-side down until crispy. Slice in half and serve warm with extra sauce on the side.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, substitute ground beef with crumbled tempeh or diced mushrooms. Leftovers taste even better the next day.
