A comforting wrap that combines the familiar flavors of a Big Mac with the ease of a tortilla, perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Dill pickle slices (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Special Sauce: Combine mayonnaise, chopped dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl. Stir until smooth.
- Cook the Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until golden. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Mix in half of the special sauce.
- Assemble the Wraps: Spread remaining sauce on a tortilla, add warm beef, shredded lettuce, and cheddar cheese, and top with pickles if desired.
- Wrap and Serve: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it snugly. Heat the wrap in a skillet seam-side down until crispy. Slice in half and serve warm with extra sauce on the side.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, substitute ground beef with crumbled tempeh or diced mushrooms. Leftovers taste even better the next day.
