Description

Crispy bacon bits tangled with tender Brussels sprouts, infused with spices for a comforting dish that warms the soul.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  3. Toss the Brussels sprouts in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Chop the bacon into small pieces and add to the Brussels sprouts.
  5. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and bacon is cooked through.
  7. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
