- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 6 slices bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
- Toss the Brussels sprouts in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Chop the bacon into small pieces and add to the Brussels sprouts.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and bacon is cooked through.
- If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
